    Log in to the Wefaq platform according to user role:
    • Contractor: Log in using the establishment account on the Muqawil platform.
    • Project Owner: Log in using the Unified National Single Sign-On (Nafath) on the Muqawil platform.

    Select the "Wefaq for Dispute Resolution" service from the services list.

    Click on the "Submit Reconciliation Request" button.

    Fill out the reconciliation request data and enter all mandatory fields.

    Attach the required documents and submit the request.

  • 6

    Request review by the Dispute Resolution Department.

    Notify the applicant of the review outcome:
    • In case of rejection, the reasons for rejection can be viewed on the Muqawil platform.
    • In case of approval, amicable settlement procedures will be completed.

    After request approval, it is referred to the mediator to review dispute details and complete amicable settlement procedures.

    The mediator sets the date for the reconciliation session, and all parties are notified via SMS and email.

    Hold the reconciliation session between the disputing parties managed by the mediator.

    Close the request according to the reconciliation session outcome:
    • If a settlement is reached, a reconciliation report and minutes are drafted and approved by both parties.
    • If no agreement is reached, an unsuccessful reconciliation report is issued and approved by both parties.
