How can I add a new license?

You can add a new license to your certificate by selecting "Request License" and specifying the required activity. After employees pass the required tests, the certificate is automatically updated to add the new license.

How are eligible employees identified?

After the contractor selects the activities they wish to be licensed for, a list of employees qualified to take the tests appears, according to the requirements of each license.

How are qualified employees tested?

A list is presented to the contractor showing the qualified employees and the number of those who need to take the test. Employees enter the "Moqawil" platform via the "Nafath" portal to take the required tests.

What is the Contractor's Readiness Level service?

It is a service that aims to evaluate establishments based on their financial and technical capabilities and experience, and grant them a Contractor's Readiness Level grade that helps entities assess their efficiency before contracting with them.

Who can apply for the Contractor's Readiness Level service?

All officially registered establishments licensed in the target activity, and that have active membership with the competent authority (such as the Saudi Contractors Authority).

What types of Contractor's Readiness Level are available?

Financial Contractor's Readiness Level: Based on financial statements and financial criteria.
Technical Contractor's Readiness Level: Based on completed projects, human resources, quality, safety, and other factors.
